A loss is a loss, no matter how it happened. But, some losses feel heavier.

VPT stands for voluntary pregnancy termination (a.k.a. abortion). This type of loss can carry a lot of emotional weight to it, which can lead to mental health issues. As well, often, but not always, women tend to carry this weight in private. A therapy group is a great place to process this loss and work through any issues that may have accumulated over time. Know that you are not alone! Allow yourself to work through your loss in a private, safe, and healing group.
